The buyer's details are the name, institution, address and contact details declared in the order form and stored with the order.
1. Seller
The seller's legal name, address, phone, email and tax details are shown in the seller details box at the top of this page.
2. Main characteristics of the service
The service is the right to use the Dijider scholarly journal management and publishing software in the cloud for one year, within the scope and capacity of the purchased plan.
The scope, capacity limits and support terms of each plan are described in the comparison table on the pricing page as it stands at the time of the order.
3. Price and payment
Plan prices are published annually in US dollars and include VAT. Payment is collected in Turkish lira, calculated at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye selling rate on the payment date. The VAT-inclusive total and the VAT it contains are shown in the order summary before the payment step.
Payment is taken by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Troy or American Express credit or debit card, with 3D Secure verification, through the infrastructure of a payment institution licensed under Law No. 6493. For credit cards, the instalment options and any instalment charge offered by the issuing bank are shown on the payment screen before the payment is approved. Card details are not stored on the seller's servers.
4. Performance and delivery
The service is performed electronically; nothing is shipped. The account is activated within 2 business days of payment confirmation and sign-in details are sent to the buyer's email address. Details are set out in the Service Delivery Terms.
5. Right of withdrawal
If the buyer is a consumer, they may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.
However, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or to services whose performance has begun, with the consumer's approval, before the withdrawal period ends. The buyer acknowledges that activation of the account constitutes approval to begin performance.
If withdrawal is notified before the account is activated, the full amount paid is refunded within 14 days. Notice may be sent to the seller's email address, quoting the order number.
6. Complaints and disputes
Requests and complaints may be sent to the seller's contact addresses. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits.
7. Business buyers
Consumer-specific provisions do not apply to institutions and companies purchasing for commercial or professional purposes; their cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
