To process an application safely, include:
- name and surname; signature if the application is written
- Turkish identity number for citizens of Türkiye; nationality and passport number or another identification number for foreign applicants
- notification address and, if available, email address and telephone number
- a clear description of the request and information or documents supporting it
- the preferred response channel

5. Response period and fees
Applications are concluded as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. The process is generally free of charge. If it causes an additional cost, the tariff determined under the applicable rules may be charged; an amount collected is refunded if the application results from an error attributable to the controller.
