The buyer's details are the name, institution, address and contact details declared in the order form and stored with the order.

1. Parties

The seller is the company whose details appear at the top of this page. The buyer is the natural or legal person whose name, institution, address and contact details are entered in the order form. Those details form part of this agreement.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the provision of the software service in the Dijider plan ordered electronically by the buyer and the payment of its price.

3. Service, price and term

The plan name, scope, annual price, exchange rate applied, VAT and total are stated in the order summary and in the order confirmation email sent to the buyer. Additional services the buyer adds to the order (layout, indexing process management, DOI, DOI prefix, iThenticate scan) are also covered by this agreement; their name, quantity and price appear in the same documents, and their delivery schedule is agreed by the parties.

The term begins on the date the payment is approved and lasts one year. It does not renew automatically; the buyer may continue by paying for a new term.

4. Payment

The price is paid at the time of order by credit or debit card, in full or, where the credit card allows, in instalments. Any instalment charge is set by the issuing bank and shown on the payment screen. Payment is taken through a licensed payment institution; the seller neither sees nor stores card details. If the bank or payment institution does not approve the payment, the agreement is deemed not to have been concluded.

5. Performance

The seller activates the buyer's account within 2 business days of payment approval. Services included in the plan, such as archive migration and training, follow a schedule agreed by the parties. In all cases the seller provides access within the 30-day statutory period.

6. Buyer's obligations

The buyer confirms that the details given are accurate, agrees to use the service lawfully, with respect for third-party rights and publication ethics, and to protect account passwords. The buyer is responsible for content uploaded to the system.

If plan capacity limits are exceeded, the seller informs the buyer and suggests an upgrade; the service is not suspended for this reason without notice.

7. Seller's obligations

The seller provides the service within the plan with reasonable care and continuity, announces planned maintenance in advance, backs up data regularly and processes personal data in line with Law No. 6698. If the service is unavailable for reasons attributable to the seller, the price for the period lost is refunded or added to the subscription term.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Provisions on withdrawal and refunds are set out in the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

9. Data at the end of the agreement

When the agreement ends, the buyer may request an export of journal data and published content in standard formats within 30 days. After that period, data is deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. For consumer buyers, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction. For disputes with business buyers, the courts and enforcement offices of Konya have jurisdiction.

11. Entry into force

The buyer confirms having read and electronically accepted this agreement and the Pre-Contractual Information Form before proceeding to payment. The agreement is concluded when payment is approved. The accepted version is stored with the order and remains available on this page.
