Which currency can I see prices in, and how do I pay?
You can view prices in the currency you choose from the list on this page; amounts other than US dollars are approximate, based on the current Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye rate. Payment is taken in Turkish lira at the Central Bank selling rate on the payment date, and the exact amount charged to your card is shown before the payment step.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An electronic invoice is issued to the institution or person entered at checkout and sent to your email address within 7 days.
Can I upgrade later?
You can move to a higher plan at any time. The unused value of your current plan is credited against the new plan.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. Because your card details are not stored, you are never charged without notice. We send a renewal reminder 30 days before the term ends.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
If you cancel before your account is activated, you receive a full refund. Details are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
How soon can I start after purchase?
Your account is activated within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Archive migration and training follow a schedule agreed with you.
Which cards can I pay with?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Troy and American Express credit or debit cards, verified by 3D Secure. For credit cards, the instalment options offered by your bank are listed on the payment screen; debit card payments are taken in full. Contact us for bank transfer requests.
We publish several journals. Do we need a separate plan for each?
Each plan covers one journal. Instead of buying plans one by one, contact us and we will prepare an institutional price and a single contract based on the number of journals and your needs.
How do reviewer recommendations work?
When an editor opens the article's reviewer assignment screen, the system searches the Scholvet national reviewer platform using the article's title, keywords and abstract; if the pool returns too few results, it also checks OpenAlex, Crossref and ORCID records. Suitable reviewers are ranked with a match percentage and matched topics. The article's authors, people from the same institution, co-authors from the last 5 years and reviewers at full workload are left out. The editor always decides who is invited.
